How many sticks come in one TEREA pack?
One TEREA pack contains 20 sticks. IQOS UK states plainly that each pack holds 20 sticks. That figure applies to TEREA in the United Kingdom, which is where the manufacturer publishes it in writing. We have not yet confirmed pack sizes for other markets from their own official pages.
When people ask how many pieces or smokes are in a pack, they mean this same count of sticks.
Each stick is good for one cycle, as explained on how to use TEREA sticks, and its internal parts are covered on what is TEREA.

What does a TEREA carton mean, and how many packs does it hold?
Carton is the informal word for a set of ten packs. IQOS UK calls that set the 10 Pack Bundle: ten packs of TEREA, 200 sticks in total. The manufacturer does not use the word carton on that page, so the term is simply a habit carried over from how cigarettes are grouped.
On the same page, the manufacturer allows the ten packs in a bundle to be mixed across flavours.
That means one bundle may not be a single flavour throughout. How the flavour names work is explained on reading TEREA flavour names.
The word itself has no official status on the manufacturer's page.

How far does one pack go on a single ILUMA ONE charge?
The manufacturer rates ILUMA ONE at around 20 consecutive uses per full charge. With 20 sticks in a pack, that works out at roughly one pack per full charge for a device whose battery is in good condition. As the battery wears, the number of uses per charge falls, and so does that ratio.
This is a comparison of two figures the manufacturer publishes, not a test we carried out.
Model details are on IQOS ILUMA ONE. Battery wear on older units is discussed on second-hand IQOS.
A worn battery on an older unit can shift the ratio well below one pack, which is why this figure is only a rough guide.

How do two-piece models with a separate holder get through a pack?
Two-piece models such as ILUMA PRIME need the holder to go back into the pocket charger after the number of consecutive uses that model allows. A pack is therefore used in several short runs, unlike ONE models that keep going until the battery runs down. The stick count per pack stays the same at 20.
Consecutive-use counts and holder recharge times differ by model.
The two-piece design is described on ILUMA i, and the whole range is compared on the IQOS devices overview.
In practice, a two-piece device works through a pack in more pauses, while the total number of sticks it can use in one session does not change what is in the pack.

Are all sticks in one pack the same flavour?
Yes. Each TEREA pack is a single flavour, matching the name printed on it. Mixing flavours happens at the level of the ten-pack bundle, as the IQOS UK page allows, not within one pack. Trying several flavours therefore means several packs with different names, never mixed sticks in a single pack.
The name on the pack indicates the flavour group and its intensity.
Two groups whose names are easy to confuse are TEREA Regular and TEREA menthol.
Reading the printed name on each pack is therefore the reliable way to know which flavour you have, rather than relying on the colour alone.

Do HEETS packs hold the same number of sticks as TEREA?
We have not found an official page that states the HEETS count per pack in writing, so we do not confirm a figure. What we can confirm is that HEETS are for blade devices and TEREA for the ILUMA family, so the two cannot replace each other, however many sticks a pack contains.
The structural difference is explained on HEETS vs TEREA.
A table of every stick type and its device family is on IQOS stick types, which also covers DELIA, LEVIA and BLENDS.
Because the two families never share a device, comparing their pack counts would not tell a user anything practical about compatibility.

Is a TEREA pack the same size in every country?
The confirmed figure of 20 sticks per pack comes from the UK website. For other markets such as Japan, Korea, Malaysia or Indonesia, we have not checked each country's official pages, so we do not assume every country matches. What certainly differs is flavour naming and the warnings each country requires on packs.
Label differences across markets are covered on TEREA in Japan and TEREA in Korea.
Our European market overview is on TEREA in Europe, checked against official pages.
We add a country's pack count only after finding it stated on that country's official website in writing, never from a retailer or forum post.

Why do people ask how many packs are in a TEREA carton?
The question comes from habits formed with cigarettes, which are grouped into cartons, so the same word gets applied to TEREA. This page answers only the numbers and the origin of the word. In Thailand there is no lawful channel for TEREA at all, whether a single pack or a ten-pack bundle.
Official advice places heated tobacco sticks under the same Thai ban as the devices, a point explained on TEREA in Thailand.
For carrying any quantity across the border, read the travel rules first.
Counting packs or sticks does not change the legal position in any way.

| Unit | Count | Note |
|---|---|---|
| 1 pack | 20 sticks | Confirmed by the manufacturer |
| 10-pack bundle (often called a carton) | 10 packs / 200 sticks | Official name: 10 Pack Bundle |
| ILUMA ONE per full charge | About 20 uses | Roughly one pack per charge |
| HEETS, 1 pack | Not confirmed | No official page found |
